On September 9, the "plumbers" break into the office of Daniel Ellsberg’s psychiatrist, in a bad attempt to steal psychiatric records to get Daniel Ellsberg in trouble which is the defense analyst who told about the Pentagon Papers to the press.

Four others had already plead guilty. Judge John J. Sirica threatens them with long prison sentences unless they say something.
