Limiting integration
Central High School limits the integration meaning not many black people can integrate, but then they weren't letting any black person integrate. -
The NAACP
Central High School now has to integrate due to the NAACP filing a suit to make schools integrate as soon as possible because they want to get the process started. -
President Faubus
President Fabus wants to keep the black and white people separated and does not want the integration and so he calls the national guard to try to keep schools separated. -
Faubus is wrong and loses
Faubus loses and little rocks high school is told by the court to continue the integration but there id fear that people might get hurt and there will not be peace within bot black and white people. -
101st soldiers arrive at Central High
The Army came with over 1200 soldiers to keep the nine students safe and to make sure that there is peace and nobody gets hurt, they want to make sure that the integration goes as planned. -
101st soldiers
The 101st soldiers are sent back and leave little rock because the president thinks that everything is cooling down and there is no need for a lot of protection. -
ALL go back
Now all the 101st soldiers go back and Melba is left alone due to people thinking that everything is under control and that not much harm will come to the nine students and that they can make sure that the integration continues. -
Schools close
All Public High Schools close down for just a year and many White teens just go to a private school while others have no choice but to leave the state or city due to the teens lacking education. -
First Black man to graduate from Central high
On May 27, 1958 Ernest Green graduates from Central High School and becomes the very first black student to graduate from Central High School. Police are there to make sure that everything goes well and there is peace. -
Integration in all schools
People finally saw that everybody deserves the right to get an education anywhere and all schools now have to integrate giving more peace to the community.
