    The sumerians were a civilization in Mesopotamia started around 4,000 BC. These people were very good at crafting and inventing. They were a somewhat non-hostile group but were prepared with weapons.

    This pyramid is perticulary special due the dating. This was the first pyramid ever built by our knowledge. Named after a pharaoh named well Djoser.

    Indus River Valley: Mohenjo-Daro
    Mohenjo-Daro was buist to be the biggest city for the Harrapans. This city began to flourish and explore there area. They fished, hunted, farmed, and explored the woods for berries and nuts.

    Indus River Valley: air cycles and sewage
    Just having 3 story buildings wasn't enough for the Harappans. So they built windows that had a specific air cycle through the houses making them like air conditioning. They took it even further by adding a sewage system in their city.

    The ancient Egyptian pyramids are one of the most spectacular constructions ever built. These pyramids are home to the ancient Egyptian pharaoh's that were buried inside of them. These pyramids were mostly made out of limestone for a more stable structure.

    This dynasty started around 1766 BCE and lasted for over 640 years. This dynasty was very good with bronze weapons and bronze items. This dynasty used a caste system to separate the royals and the non-wealthy.

    This was a secret place built to hold all of the pharoahs when they died. The reason this was built was to keep tomb raiders away from all of the gold and jewels inside of the tombs. They also made this because the pyramids were just too big and too easy to get into and raid.

    The warring states period was an all out war between all of the states. This war lasted for about 471-221 BC. This war was ended by the Qin dynasty taking over all of the sates.

    Great Wall of China
    The Great Wall of china was built over a long span of time due to its length and how many sections there were. The leader that started the Wall was named Qin Shi Huang. He built this to protect his newly built Qin dynasty society.
