As World War 1 comes to an end, Germany comes out on the defeated end. Being blamed for the War, Germany must pay the price of war. Leaving Germany with 13% of its land gone and debuts up to their knees in reparations. -

D-Day
Allies forces invade Northern France on the the Normandy beaches. Germany having false information about a landing near Calais, was unable to stop allies forming a solid a bridgehead. This was the first essential capture for the Allies. -
