This event is important because it shows that grandfathers can vote but most African-Americans' grandparents were slaves which was caused a lot of problems. -

This lead to increased voting rights by giving woman the right to vote so now instead of men just voting it is woman and that increased a lot of voting rights. -

This event is important because it caused a lot of people were mad about this and it even caused three people murdered. -

This is important because now African-Americans have equal rights and now being treated like whites more then before.
