Property Ownership
Adult white male property owners only have the right to vote. -
Religious Affiliation
People can't be told they can't vote due to religious affiliation. -
Fewer voting Requirements
It was no longer required that property ownership and taxes had to be payed in order to vote. Almost all white males could vote. -

The Indian Citizenship Act grants that all Native American have the right of citizenship, and the right to vote in federal elections. -

The Supreme Court outlaws white primaries. This is due to the 15th Amendment. -

Poll taxes are no longer required for federal elections -
Voting Rights Act
The Voting Rights Act protects the rights of minority voters and literacy tests and other voting barriers are eliminated. This was expanded and renewed in 1970, 1975, and 1982 -
The 26th Amendment
the minimum age set for voting is 18 years old. -
Motor Voter Law
People are now able to register to vote when they recieve their drivers license. This makes it easier to register. -

States are required to streamline regristration, voting, and other election procedures
