this relates to the event voting rights act because soon they get rid of this and everyone can vote equally.

supreme court declare the "grandfathers clause" unconstitutional

Mar 12, 1915

this event gets more voting rights by giving the people with slaved grandfathers to vote.

19th amendment

this gives women the right to vote which increases the voting rights
