Lombardi worked well with his teammates when he played football. His teammates were very loyal and he was too. He had the skill of working with another group of people who love the game as much as you do. Lombardi also had experience with coaching with other coaches. They also worked together to make the team better. -

Lombardi was a teacher and he learned that people need to build up together. Lombardi was put in a very bad position when he was brought in as a head coach for a team who just finished with the worst record. Lombardi had to think about his team and what they were lacking. He figured out that everyone needs to run a play where each player is being used productivly. He trained his team and was being trained himself by his players productiveness. -
