Viking arrival at France
The viking army, leaded by "Reghinerus" or Ragnar, reached Paris with thousands of people. The frankish king Charles acted in response of this by sending his small army, but when half of the french warriors where defeated, the other half reatreated. Instantly after, the viking plundered and occupied all they saw and Charles paid to them 7.000 french livres in gold and silver. -

Raid attempt in Spain
After the vikings raided the coasts of Portugal and Spain, a big fleet arrived to Seville. Between 1 and 3 of October, they already pillaged the entire city and the surrounding areas. Later, Emir Abd ar-Rahman II of Córdoba, between 11 and 17 of November, sent an army bigger than the vikings and then, they were forced to abandon Spain. -

The vikings, in search of new lands, found Iceland, but in that times it didn't have a clear name. In those lands, before vikings, a big group of irish monks lived there but the climate didn't like to them so they left those lands. Now, Iceland is one of the most-recognized country for Vikings. -

Massive southern attack
200 ships with 20.000 Vikings were the numbers of people, that came from Bosporus, to invade and make a massacre in Constantinople. Afortunately, they could shut the gates but the rest was unprotected. Every other place in the suburbs was looted and every zone where the vikings passed left nothing but devastation and ruins.
