Bombing Escalates
U.S. aircraft bomb the major North Vietnamese population centers of Hanoi and Haiphong for the first time. Doing this it destroyed the oil supply and other things. -
Troops Leave
President Nixon ordered the troops to leave, as there was a lot of destruction as it was. -
Vietnamization
When Nixon wanted to end any ties with the Vietnam War. -
