At Kent State 4 students were killed by Ohio national guards. This event lead to national protests against the war. -

The hard hat riot was when students started protesting the war after the events of kent state. These protests turned into a clash between hippies and construction workers who were pro-war. -

The War Powers Act was one of the major policies to come out after the Vietnam War. Its purpose is to keep the president in check. Preventing presidents to put the USA into armed conflicts without the permission of congress. -
Saigon Falls
Saigon falling was a true representation of South Vietnam falling. It also represented communism taking over Vietnam.
