    First Video Game Ever!
    This game, which was similar to tennis, was the first video game created by a physicist named William Higinbotham. After some trials and tribulation, him and his team named it Tennis for Two. The game was very popular; and yet Higinbotham didn't feel accomplished at all. He never felt he did anything astonishing because he knew that the only reason it gained popularity was because everything else was so dull.

    There were two things that inspired the start of the video game industry: Galaxy Game and Computer Space. These are the names of simple arcade games that were just beginning the thought of electronic entertainment. Both games focused on the idea of space, but Computer Space was more single player attacking other ships and Galaxy Game had a multiplayer option where one had to fly to the other.

    3D Games are very important to video game history because the form of 3D can make more possibilities for creativeness due to the large area given. The first game that included 3D elements was Maze War and Spasism.

    This was the start of a long competition for which console is better. First, Sega releases their first gaming console, then in 1991, Nintendo releases the Super NES. Both consoles had large mascots, though Mario was more apparent then sonic, at first.

    After Sega died down because the dreamcast, The main consoles companies, up to date, join the battle. In 2000, Sony created the PlayStation 2, and in 2001, the GameCube and Xbox were released. After these releases multiple console gamers have been divided.

    Virtual Reality has been very popular over the past 5 years starting off with the headset. Games included with this would be Beat saber, FNaF: Help Wanted, and VR Room. Augmented Reality had recently been added to the phones with games such as Pokemon Go and FNaF Special Delivery.
