Wet lether turned the streets in to swamps and rivers of muck.
So I think that they should have been clean and picked up after them selfs that way it would be clean and they would not have to worry about it. -
The horses were unhealthy and they did not get enough food.
So the horses had ended up dieing off. But I think that if they were able to eat food that was good for them. -
People didnt have lots of cars so they ether had a bike or walked
to work and school. So they could have bunddled up . And then the people would have to walk in the rain and snow and that would be bad. -
The streets were filled with manure up to seven feet tall.So they could have gotten people to help clean up the streets because the people had to be sick from it.

The contry and the city had old pipes so they should have fixed the pipes and had a water filter. So that is what I think that can help there problem.

The manure problem gets cleaned up that way people can get on the streets. They should have cleaned it up with dozer that can pick it all up.

The mall was good for the city.That way the people could get good clean cloths and shoes. The people would get cloths that would protect them from the wether.
