    Franz Ferdinand was assassinated by the Black hand on June 28th, 1914 while on his way to visit kids at the hospital that were previously injured by a bomb that was intended to hit him and his wife.

    Austria-Hungary declared war on Serbia on July 28, 1914, because it was a Serbian that assassinated the Archduke. When Austria sent them an ultimatum on July 23, Serbia rejected the terms.

    The Lusitania was a Britain ship that was traveling from New York to Liverpool. The ship was then torpedoed by a German U-bot and that cause the ship to sink. This event cause the Americans to got against the Germans in the war.
