    federal court issues the first injunction against a union under the Sherman Anti-Trust Act. The Anti trust Act was a weapon for business's to use against Unions. This was brought about by the Labor movement.

    During the Labor Movement many immagrant workers came into America. At Mckees rock working conditons were very tough, They averaged one death per day. This strike was one by the workers and was a big Victory for immagrant workers of the time.

    Union Workers set off bombs at LA Times headquaters. Thsi killed 21 people and showed just how hostile Unions were at the time of the labor movement

    Colorado National Guard attacked a tent colony 1200 striking coal miners. This was a result of a Union oragnized strike. Chaos broke out and the result was a tragedy.

    United States Steel corporation workers, With help of American Federation of labor, strikes because of long hours and low wages. This relates to the Labor movement because The strike grew very big and many Factories shut down.

    Yelow Dog Contracts were an agreement that Between employees and employers that the employee would not join a union. Employers did not LikeUnions and the power they had The contracts were especally popular during the Labor movement.

    The Wagner Act allowed Unions to organize without being harrased by employers. Unions would often be harrased by employers to discourage Union growth and create ess problems for them.

    The Taft HArtley Act made it so you get a job without havig to join a Union. People who did not want to joina union and pay a fee could get joba at places that previously did not hire non union workers . It relates to the labor movement becasue it gave non union workers the right to work.

    This Law would make it much easier to enlist workers to unions. It would do tthis by simplifyig the process one has to go through in order to join a union. this relates to the LAbor Movement because many workers did not want to join Unions due to the process of joining one.

    The NFL shutdown all operations until they resolved matters between the NFL players association (Union) and The organizations. This relates to the Labor Movement because its a form of boycott. Which happened frequentley during the labor movement.
