-
Bunyoro was the most powerful of the three for two-hundred years.
-
Due to Bunyoro's overpopulation, it became unstable. Buganda started to take control of Bunyoro's land and eventually Buganda became the dominate state.
-
Mwanga, was overthrown after trying to rid Buganda of missionaries.
-
Mwanga is reinstated with the help of Christians and Catholics. and signs a protection treaty with Germany
-
Germany goes back on the peace treaty by making an opposing agreement with the British. Consequently, the Imperial British East Africa Company takes control of Buganda.

Mwanga bravely challenges the British but to no avail. he is dethroned and his child succeeds him.
-
Buganda comes to be Known as the Uganda protectorate and country borders are established.

-
Just like Mwanga, Mutesa II tried to oppose the british, and just like mwanga, Mutesa II was dethroned from his position as kabaka, a sort of king, but was also exiled.
-
