This is Americas Independence day, and America is known as The Melthign pot and thats what an American/America is to me a huge welcoming meltiing pot. -

Thomas Jefferson drafted the Declartion of Independance between July 11th and the 28th of 1776. -

Many laws were being made and people didnt agree so they started to slowly fight back -

Cotton was in high demand and really expensive to get, until the cotton gin was invented. -

Also known as the second revolution of America. -
Industrial Revolution
Took more than a century to happen in the U.S it stated in 1790 through 1830. -
manifest destiny
This was the Westward expansion, this lasted from 1812 to 1850. -
Peru's Independence Day
General Jose de San Martin declared Peru's independence. -
Bolivia's Independence Day
Bolivia gained their independence from Spain on August 6th, 1825. -
Jackson's Inauguration
Hundreds of people gathered to his Presidential inauguration. -
The Compromise of 1850
Congress kept going back and forth arguing, but by september Zach Taylor had died but Millard Filmore stepped up and resolved it. -
Kansas Nebraska Act
The Kansas- Nebraska act was one of the events that led up to the Civil War. -

Carpetbaggers
Carpetbaggers were Yankees who moved south right after the civil war was over. They wanted to make profits in the south. -
Reconstrustion Era
March 31st 1877 was the last day of the reconsruction era. But reconstrution freed slaves and in 1867 african american men had the right to vote. -
"Utopia"
They were trying to make a perfect place to live, many of these Utopias, were for religious purposes. -
