    The first slaves for America came around August 9th, 1525 when a boat filled with slaves came on their ground and were sold.

    Sir Walter Raleigh Roanoke Island settled and disappears
    Sir Walter Raleigh’s Roanoke Settlement came to the island around 1584 and disappeared around 1590. Maybe theories believe that it was from disease, or violent rampages by wild Indians, but no one knows the real reason the settlement disappeared. The only clues were ‘Croatoan’ carved into the gatepost and ‘Cro’ carved into a tree.
