On the 17th of December 1835, Germany started using the steam locomotives and railroads made out of iron (at that time, only rich people used the steam locomotives and things could be transported). -

In the 1860's, a man invented steam powered bicycle with pedals. Bicycles were called velocipede. Pierre Michaux called the first steam engine motorcycle the steam velocipede, which actually means steam bicycle. -
