Mespotamian civilization
In the Mesopotamian civilization, some of the merchants who worked locally would walk and strap their goods on their back .They had different means of transportation for different goods.The earliest was known the use of the potter's wheel that was used in Ur.The first wheels were chariots in 3200 BC.They made the world's first boats using the canal system.They made 3 types of boats wooden boat with a triangular sail.The turnip and Kalakku.Lastly, they used to travel on their foot. -

Harappan civilisation
The main form of transportation in Harpa were bullock carts and boats.The Indus Valley boats were long and narrow.People did not travel that much in Harpa.They usually would walk everywhere they needed to go.They used animals to travel overland the animals they used were Elephants, Camels and Oxen. -

Egyptian civilisation
The Egyptians started using boats.They became experts at building and navigating the river.They used wooden boats, Cargo boats, and funeral boats..They also traveled on foot .They used feris as well.The other meen of transportation was horse drone chariots.Lastly they used camels. -

Mayan civilisation
They used roads ‘white roads’ was constructed out of large stones.The Mayans called these roads sacebeobs.For the coastal mayans used canoes they were 8 feet long like a longboat.They did not have wheels or anything to carry the heavy load.The trade goods were transported by slaves.The boats were used in the early medium. -

Chinese civilisation
There were animal carts but they were expensive so the people who had more money could use the animal cart.Most of the people would walk or use a bicycle.They would also use horses.Some of the main ways of transportation was boats,rickshaws,carts,chariots and wagons pulled by horses,oxen,camel,yak,mules,donkeys and peoples. -

There were bridges and roads but they were very rare.The rich would often own or rent horses and poor would ride donkeys.They also used wagons carriages and carts .The modes of transportation were costly.They also used animals.The most common one was walking.They had skills of navigation and shipbuilding.They used the boats and ships for large amount of transport. -

Darius, it was a road it was called the royal road it was made with rocks.Chariots were often used.They walked as well. -

Roman civilisation
They traveled by boats,chariots,carts and the most common by foot.Large carriages were pulled by animals and several people.They traveled by road.While traveling by sea they used ships as well. -

They would use wheels or large animals like horses and cattle.They also used boats as well.Walking .They had also created roads.They had sidewalks as well.They used donkeys and they used to sit on it and eat and sing songs.They build bridges and causeways to cross the lake. -

Traffic lights were in use in 1981.in 1982 there were taxies created, In 1983 buses were used they improved it and made air-conditioned buses in 1985. -

In 2000s they used airplanes-airbus A380,personal aircrafts Boeing 787 Dreamliner.they had railroads.They had subways trains and metros.Even scooters and motorcycles were in use.In 2001 the car Nissan Altima was invented.Different types of cars were invented like ford Bugatti Veyron.The space station in 2000-2009
