    Black Death Hits Europe

    The black death actually started in 1334 but it hit Europe in 1347, It had killed about ⅔ of the population. When you would get the plague you could get flu like symptoms and buboes where your lymph nodes are. Yersinia Pestis is the deadly bacteria, and the rats and fleas would carry it around.

  • Galileo's Telescope

    Galileo’s telescope was modeled after the telescopes where produced in other parts of Europe that could only magnify objects three times their size. Galileo later was able to make the magnification 20 times its actual size. With this telescope he was really able to discover what’s in space and what it really looks like.
