    -He begins to show intreset in new textures by rubbing his fingers over surfaces.
    -Attemps to imitate words others around him says.

    -He's able to walk sidways, and can stand on either foot with support.
    -Able to work jigsaw puzzles with 1-2 pieces.

    -Uses words instead of gestures to express some wants, such as "up" or "cookie"

    -Hangs from bar, grasping with his hands, he can also jump forward and in place.
    -He can hold two objects in his hands easily, while building a tower of five or six blocks.

    -He can look at books for longer periods of time, and studies the pictures.

    -Hes starting to become interested in the outcome of activites rather than just the activities themselves.
    -Hes able to draw crude pictures and interpret what they are, also able to distinguish vertical lines from horizontal lines.

    -He climbs everywhre indoors, even in places he knows hes not suppose to be climbing.
    -Able to open doors by turning knobs.

    -He finds children's TV shows very interesting. Bubble guppies and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse are his favorite.
    -He tries to solve problems by imitating past actions.

    -He can feed himself with his own fork and enjoys sitting in adult chairs.
