Recovery. Created to construct infrastructure using the labor of the unemployed as well as supporting art and theatre works by buying their work and various other aid.

Reform. Made unionization of workers permanently legal as well as securing better labor and management relations by allowing for such things as self-organization of strikes. This greatly improved worker relations and made it easier for workers to get fair labor rights.

Reform. Created an old-age pension, unemployment benefits, aid to dependent children, maternal and child support and various other services. These services greatly reduced the impact of future recessions and gave many old people a way to retire.
