Ancient Greece
Ancient Greece influenced the founding fathers of America with their methods of ruling their society. Around 510 BCE, Ancient Greece began its process of becoming Democratic with the implementation on principles such as “consent of the governed" in parts of their society with the creation of Assembly’s. This practice is the beginning of consent of the governed since it is practice of the citizens getting involved in the government, as a way of giving it permission to exist. -

Ancient Roman Empire
The ancient roman empire influenced the founding fathers when they were attempting to establish the principle of having a representative government. -
