    𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐝𝐮𝐤𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐳 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐝
    𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐝𝐮𝐤𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐳 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐝 and his wife Sophie were assassinated in Bosnia by the Black Hand on June 28th, 1914. Gavrilo Princip with his associate Nedeljko Cabrinovic followed Franz Ferdinand and his wife. Their vehicle stopped, then Gavrilo approached Franz Ferdinands vehicle and soon shot Franz Ferdinand and his wife shortly after their vehicle came to a stop. Franz Ferdinand died shortly after.

    𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐠 was on 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝟏𝟗𝟏𝟒, 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟑𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝟏𝟗𝟏𝟒. The cause for this battle was to break the force of the Russian invasion. Germany won the victory over the Russians becuase of their power of their weapons. The Russians had about 30,000 killed or wounded with war materials lost. While the Germans only had 13,000 casualties.

    𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚 was on 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟕𝐭𝐡, 𝟏𝟗𝟏𝟓. A German submarine attacked the British passenger 𝐋𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚 as it traveled from New York to liver pool, England due to their belief of supplies being carried on the ship. 𝟏,𝟏𝟗𝟕 people were perished, including 𝟏𝟐𝟑 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐬. Germany continued with the attack, starved the British, and asked Mexico to make alliances with them against Britain in war.

    The 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐮𝐧 started on 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟏𝐬𝐭 to 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝟏𝟗𝟏𝟔. Germans used total war to destroy French Morale. 𝟒𝟎𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 French casualties in 10 months of fighting. The reason why this event took place was for Germans to gain resources. The 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐮𝐧 resulted into no winners because of each side refusing to give up.

    𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞
    𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞 started on 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝐬𝐭 to 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟗𝟏𝟔. British launched an attack on the Germans in the Somme river area to pull them away from Verdun. Both sides lost a great number of troops. Which resulted in the British suffering from nearly 19,000 casualties on the first day of the battle. Once the battle ended, there were over 1 million casualties on both sides. The battle impacted towns to be wiped out due to the war killing the towns soldiers.

    𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐙𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 was on 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟕𝐭𝐡, 𝟏𝟗𝟏𝟕. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐙𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 was use to send a message to Mexico from the Germans. The message from Germany was offering Mexico a trade. The trade was that the Germans would offer the United States territory to Mexico in return for joining the German cause. Mexico refused to join the war with the Germans because they believe there was no benefit in accepting their offer.
  • 𝐑𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

    The 𝐑𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 began on 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟖𝟓𝐭𝐡, 𝟏𝟗𝟏𝟕.
    𝐕𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧 lead the communist Bosheviks. The russians overthrew the Tzar, and signed the treaty of Brest- Litovsk with 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝟏𝟗𝟏𝟖. Which led to Russia being pulled out of WW1. The impact of the 𝐑𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 caused about 1 million German soldiers to be freed as well as industries, and resources to be under Central Powers control.
  • 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞

    𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞
    𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 was negotiated in 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 of 𝟏𝟗𝟏𝟗 and continued until 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟖𝐭𝐡, 𝟏𝟗𝟏𝟗. Located at the palace of Versailles outside of Paris held the 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫. Representatives from over 30 countries were present which negotiated the most important terms of the treaty. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞s was then signed at the end of WW1 by the allied and associated powers and by Germany.
