The Soviet closed off main highways for supply trucks and need supplies, depriving Berlin of the nessessities. Joesph Stalin tried to force other countries to negotiate on his terms. Air drops happened for three years and finally ended in 1949. -

Rosa Parks Arrest
Rosa Parks refused to sit in the back of the bus and was arrested doing so. This act initiated the Montgomery Bus Boycott and it finally ended in 1956. -

Soviet Union 2 satillites, powered by rockets. People believed that these satillites had the potential to become spaced-based weapons. It put the soviet society in the lead into technology. -

A failed military invasion of Cuba undertaken by a CIA sponsered military group. John F. Kennedy evenutally took responsibility for the lives lost and the embarrassment caused to the CIA network. -
JFK Assissinated
During the middle of his presidentcy John F. Kennedy was publicly asassinated in Dallas, Texas. Shot twice by Lee Harvey Oswald. He is remembered for establishing a great society, and for his contribution to domestic activism. -
