Crowning of King Louis XVI of France
Louis XVI was the king of France during the French Revolution and was married to Queen Marie Antoinette. Louis XVI became king after his grandfather Louis XIV died. Louis XVI lead France into debt after financially supporting the Americacn Revolution. -
Calling of the Estates-General
The Estates General consisted of three classes, the nobility, the clergy and the peasants. The Estates-General was called into meeting because of economic crisis's and food shortages in France. -

Storming of the Bastille
On the morning of July 14, 1789, the peasants of the Third Estate marched to the Bastille with pichforks in an attempt to steal weapons and gunpowder. In the process, the people killed the guards and stuck their heads on sticks while marching through the streets. -

The Great Fear occurred at the start of the French Revolution which lasted briefly, but was a time of peasant riots, revolts, and strikes. The Great Fear was caused by a false rumor that feudal lords hired robbers to kill peasants, which ignited a flame in them and pushed peasants over edge. Peasants broke into manor houses and killed nobles, along with taking their properties as well. -
Departion of Louis XVI out of Versailles
Loius XVI was forced out of Versailles during the Women's March on Versailles. The march began with woman who were rioting over the extinction of bread in France and the high prices of it. They grewly fastly into a mob of thousands, who forced the king of out Versailles the next morning. -

On the 20th of April, 1792 France's governing body declared war on Austria because of their Declaration of Pillnitz threatening France. The declaration was issued to tell French Revolutionaries to think twice about their actions. -

Louis XVI was excecuted on January 21st, 1793 by the guillotine after the people of France decided enough was enough. The people of France forced Louis XVI into imprisonment and eventually, death. -

The Thermidorian Reaction was a revolt within the French Revolution against the leadership of the Jacobins. It also resulted in the fall of Maximilien Robespierre. -
Forming of the Directory
The French directory was the government of France during a stage of the French Revolution. It was a period of financial issues, in which France had dire problems regarding their money. The directory failed to improve financial issues or even stabilize it. It was eventually overthrown by Napoleon Bonaparte. -

Napoleon was a French military leader and emperor who conquered most of France during the 19th century. Napoleon rose vastly thought the ranks of the military during the French Revolution, and after seizing political power in France in 1799, he finally crowned himself emperor in 1809 -

The French invasion on Russia, or known as the Patrotic War of 1812, began when Napoleon crossed the Nemen River with his army in an attempt to defeat the Russian army. Napoleon invaded Russia wil about 600,000 men and 50,000 horses with the plan to conclude the war in twenty days. -
Napoleon's defeat at Waterloo
At Waterloo in Belgium, Napoleon was defeated by the hands of the Duke of Wellington. This defeat ended Napoleon's rule as emporer of France.
