Council house fight in San Antonio
The concil house fight occurs. It was a great blunder. They were trying to exchange captives with the Comanches, but the Comanches only brought one of their hostages. The enraged Texans fought and killed 35 Comanches. The Comaches, enraged by this, killed their captives and would no longer talk peace with Texas. Council house fight picture

Battle of Plum Creek
The white man pushes the Comache farther west after this battle. This ended the boldest, most penetrating Comanche challenge to the Texas Republic Rifle from the Republic of Texas

The "Black Bean" episode
This is when the "Black Bean" episode occured. Texan capitives overpowered their guards and escaped to the mountains. Mexico recaptured them and ordered every tenth person to die for this. They made them draw beans from a jar, people that drew white beans lived and people that drew black beans were killed. Black Bean episode picture
