Timeline of my Government

  • The start

Before the introduction of the new Democracy style government, the government that the people lived under was a strict leadership, a leadership where No one in the country had any rights, they were under strict supervision, always being monitored, forced to work in a job that was chosen for them, separated from their family at a young age to work day in and day out, no freedoms, no liberties, speaking out against the government could lead to imprisonment, or death.
  • The beginning of the revolution

After years of being ruled under this government, a group of people, communicating through coded messages scattered across the darkest parts of the city, the alleys, the darkest unlit part of the underground subway tunnels, the secret basement places hidden from the world. these messages could only be understood and decoded by a select group of 4 people, this group of people laid the foundation of the revolution that would soon change their entire lives.
  • The burning of the monument

on the one day of the year that the citizens are given a day off of work, the single day out of the entire year that people get to see their families, in the dead of night, a group of 6 people, 6 members of the now growing rebellion, travel through the shadows of night to a large monument made in honor of the country's leader, a statue made of the finest wood from the forest 100 miles from the city and set it ablaze, this was the first action in a rebellion that would last 3 years
  • The arrest of the rebellion leader

On this day the militia that answers to the leader of this country lead an operation that ended in the arrest of one of the leaders of the rebellion, this lead to infighting among the rebels who were pointing the finger at each other blaming them for their leaders of the rest, while this was happening one member stood up, and took charge, they rallied the troops, and organized a plan to break their leader out of prison, sparking the revolution.
  • The freeing of the rebellion leader.

On this eventful day, a group of 30 people marched their way through the shadows, hidden from the street cameras, and the marching soldiers on their way to the prison, after days of planning, and finding out exactly where their leader was being held captive, this group of people made their way to the prison armed and ready for a fight, a fight they thought they were prepared for, on this day they freed their leader, but at a cost of 13 of their own, and 19 soldiers from the leader's army
  • The first battle of the revolution

On this day the first shots, of the first actual battle of the revolution took place, the battle consisted of 120 members of the rebellion, and almost 300 soldiers from the military, and by ambushing the military, the rebellion managed to take out almost 200 soldiers, while losing 52 of their own men, the first battle would lead to 3 years of fighting between the rebellion and the military
  • The final battle of the revolution.

Three years after the first shots, of the first battle of the revolution took place, marked the final battle of the revolution. In just under three hours, the rebellion rushed, and took over the compound. The rebellion rushed the compound taking out soldiers in their way. When they reached the tall, heavy doors which held the leader inside, the doors were torn down, and the leader was forced to surrender, or suffer the fate of his soldiers. This marked the end of the leader's reign.
