Himeji Castle
Toyotomi Hideyoshi builds the initial idea of Himeji Castle, which has three floors known as a hirayamajiro. -

Hideyoshi becomes a military leader
Hideyoshi proceeds to take Nobunaga’s place and is known as Japan’s military leader, and is formally given the name Toyotomi. -
Osaka Castle
Toyotomi builds the massive Osaka castle over the course of three years with the participation of over 100,000 people. During Hideyosho's reign, it was acclaimed as the core of Japanese unity. -

Hideyoshi issues a decree outlawing all Christian missionaries as well as the christianity itself in Japan. -
"Sword Hunt"
