In September 1, 1939, Germany invaded Poland without declaration of war, this made Britain and France declare war on Germany with all the member of the Commonwealth of Nations, following after Britain and France. The United states did not want to get into the war, until Japan bombed Pearl harbor. The war started Sept. 1, 1939 and ended Sept. 2, 1945. -

The tax cuts refers to the tax code that was passed during the bush presidency and was extended during the obama presidency that lowers the taxes in the U.S. mostly in the top 1%. The tax cuts were meant to the national debt yet the country overall have mixed feelings about what it has done.
