Step 1: Begin Research
Begin exercising daily and recording the type of physical activity that is performed. -
Step 2: Analyze Data
Once all the data is collected at the end of the research period (about 6 weeks) analyze it to see the impact of daily physical activity on sleep. -
Step 3: Reflect
Reflect on the results of your research. Why do you think physical activity either positively or negatively impacted sleep? What would you do differently next time?
