Cognitive Event: Started becoming concerned with how I was viewed by classmates, so I acted in ways that were not myself. (ex: music choices, clothing choices) -
Depression and Anxiety
Biosocial Event: Life stressors and experiences bring out a internal confusion and depression in me. -
Deeper Psychological Issues Develop
Psychosocial Event: High School pressures and hiding the fact that I may be gay from everyone worsened my depression and anxiety. -

Cognitive Event: Began thinking for myself more in terms of religion. That and some life experiences resulted in me losing faith in religion and becomming an athiest. -

Psychosocial event: Started caring less what people think and became less shy/introverted after High School. Admitted my sexuality and tried to embrace it. -

Cognitive Event: Considered committing suicide during a rough time, as I could not control my thoughts. Could not completely accept my sexuality, and I couldn't understand why I was the way I was. -

Psychosocial Event: Healthy lifestyle changes upon retirement. Now that I am not as active in work, my exercise and health will also begin to suffer. Spend much more time relaxing rather than partaking in athletic activities. -

Biosocial Event: Starting to realize how distant I am from the new attitudes and beliefs of the younger generation. Unintented judgments toward newer ways of life. -
Wisdom
Cognitive Event: When memory allows it, able to part certain wisdoms onto younger generations. Long life has allowed self to be more knowledgable about certain things, even though memory and intelligence is declining in some ways -

Biosocial Event: Decline of my own health results in going out less, because of potential mobility issues. -

Cognitive Event: Often unable to recall information from recent as well as long term memory. Takes much longer time to remember names, events, and places. -

Biosocial Event: I expect my life-companion to die at this age, devestating myself, but also reminding me that my own death is coming soon. -

Psychosocial Event: Move into a retirement home, after accepting the fact that I am no longer completely capable of caring for myself. Wish to die in comfort rather than strain. -

Cognitive Event: Begin to find everyday life difficult. Memories are hard to recall, family members are sometimes unrecognizable, and incapable of doing many basic mental tasks. -
