After failing Grade 10 Academic Science, I felt like giving up. But I learned that failure is a thing you must overcome in order to move forward, and therefore I took the Remedial Course, and I passed the course. Completing the course is a step closer to earning the Grade 11 Biology prerequisite. -

Although this isn't a prerequisite for the course, maintaining a healthy active lifestyle is important if you want to be a personal trainer. Therefore, working out on a daily basis is really efficient when the goal is to become a personal trainer. -
Applying for the Fitness and Health Promotion program @Seneca
Applying for the program is important because this is what ultimately decides if the applicant has what it takes to become a Personal Trainer. I personally believe I have what it takes to become a Personal Trainer, so I am confident in getting accepted. -

Finishing this course gives me one of the prerequisites for the Fitness and Health promotion course, a huge step in the path toward becoming a Personal Trainer. -

As mentioned before, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is very important for a Personal Trainer. Building up muscular endurance and muscle is also very important, because having the look and endurance of an actual trainer makes you stand out better. -

I applied to Good Life Fitness and got accepted for the job. The prerequisites for the job included having Certification for CPR within a month of employment, having a strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team setting and the ability to coach and mentor. In my opinion, my passion for a fit lifestyle is what helped in being employed to Good Life Fitness. -
