Relief Camps
In October, 1932, the Canadian government opened up relief camp for Canadians who needed money and lost their jobs. The first camps popped up in northern Ontario, and B.C. These places provided work, food, clothing and medical attention. But they had to work. -
Progress
By the government doing this, it helped out Canadians a lot, and boosted the economy. This was a very positive event, by bringing in money to familys. -
