I will have a punch card that each time you buy a large coffee you get a punch and after 10 punches you get a free large coffee I chose this because people buy large coffees all the time and that will get them to buy up to 10 and get a free one which then people will feel so accomplished this will make the store look like the coffee incident will only happen once and it won't happen again -
