The KDKA in pittsburg is established. This was one of the first radio stations in the United States. Radio revolutionized entertainment and the news. -
The 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is adopted.
This Amendment gave women the right to vote. This changed how polaticians ran each political race. -

Prohibition outlawed the sale, consumpsion and posetion of alcohol beverages in the United States. This out raged the citizens and then they protested. -
