Television
A communication channel that can send both sound and moving pictures. A mass media for sports, news, entertainment, and advertising is television.
Insight - The television is one of my best childhood memories because, in television I got to watch many disney cartoons, and any cartoons that is for kids like, handy manny, mickey mouse club house, wonder pets, doc mcstuffin, little einsteins, and many more. And in television I can learn a lot of stuffs. -
DVD Player
A DVD player is a device that can play DVDs using the incompatible DVD-Video and DVD-Audio technical standards, and some DVD players can also play audio CDs.
Insight - I remember using the DVD player back 2010 since my cousin still have a dvd player, she/he would let me borrow it to watch a tom and jerry's video, or any cd's that she/he have. -
Magazine
A compilation of texts (essays, articles, stories, poetry), typically illustrated, that is published either online or printed and created on a regular basis (not including newspapers).
Insight - Since my mother has a friend that always buy and sell using the magazine I got to see what's inside the magazine. -
PlayStation Portable (PSP)
It is a portable gaming system that Sony Computer Entertainment created and sells.
Insight - Eventhough there's a dekstop computer, or phones, I still choose to play games using the PSP but, if I want to play with the PSP I would always borrow my cousins PSP to play. -
Laptop
A laptop is a portable, battery-powered personal computer designed for use in transitory locations such as meetings, libraries, temporary offices, and airlines.
Insight - Using laptop is actually very convenient for me, because being able to use laptop is very convenient for being a student because, I can make my homework easily and I can play games here too. -
Newspaper
A newspaper that is published and distributed often, either weekly or daily, and that includes features, news, opinion pieces, and advertisements
Insight - The newspaper that I always remember is the one that always have a crossword puzzles, or anything that you can solve. -
Keypad Phone
A phone model without a touchscreen that features a keypad.
Insight - Using keypad phone is actually a fun and great experience for me because, I get to experience having a phone with keypad before having a smartphone. -
Desktop Computer
A desktop computer is designed for single-use and uses standard hardware like keyboards and mice, unlike laptops or tablets which use batteries or touchscreens.
Insight - I remember that I started using desktop computer back 2014 because my mother started a computer shop back then, and since we have a computer shop I get to use it for my schoolworks, and for playing games with my other cousin's and friends. -
Smartphone
A smartphone is a sophisticated cell phone with WiFi connectivity, a high-resolution touch screen display, web browsing capabilities, and the ability to run complex programs.
Insight - My experience using a smartphone is good because, I can take a picture and I can use other social media using my mother's phone. -
Brochure
A brochure is an advertisement that is mostly used to present a business, group, item, or service and outline its advantages to potential clients or the general public.
Insight - I remember seeing/ being exposed to brochure whenever we go to SM because there's a lot of saleslady or the one that works at the fast food chains there. -
Earphones
A little device called an earphone is worn inside or over your ears to allow you to listen to music, the radio, or phone calls private from other people.
Insight - Using the earphones is a good experience for me because, I can listen to music with just on my own without anyone hearing it. -
Flatscreen Television
A television is a device that uses various technologies to display content in a thin, flat format.
Insight - The flatscreen television is actually a mind blowing for me because, back then our tv is small and then we decided to buy a new one because we can't watch with the old tv anymore. So, having a flatscreen television is actually cool and great because, whenever we're watching a movie it feels like we're in the theater.
