Beginning
The Greek and trojans agreed to a truce that they would honor their dead, build pyres, offer to the gods, and consign the bodies to decent flame. With all this, there were still people who violated the decrees of zeus and intervened battle. -

Zeus' punishments
If zeus caught anyone going against the truce or aiding either greek or trojan, then he will offend them and cast them to hell. Which poseidon firmly disagreed.
Because of this, zeus wanted to discomfit the greeks so he went to Mount Ida. -

Mount Ida
When Zeus went to Ida, he thundered. he thundered from the sea, the trojan right, which is a sign of good fortune. -

The attack begins
When Trojans heard thundering, they cried, "hear it? it is a sign from zeus! Lets attack" Then they started to attack the Greek positions, driving them to their ships -

The Lightning Bolts
Zeus spotted Hector, a trojan who started the attack first, hurled a lighting bolt upon him. Thunder crashed directly in front of diomedes chariot. The bolt gave a terrible scent of sulphur and the horses reared, but then , zeus threw another bolt and made the heavens crash upon the trojans. -

Kings plea
A king from the greeks, asked zeus to help them, he asked why the greeks were being so defeated. Although zeus was still annoyed at the greeks, he was touched, and decided to relent a bit and gave courage to the greeks hearts. -

Greeks Responce
After given zeus' courage, they launched a counterattack, with archers killing many good trojans. Trojans wished the attacks would end, so Hector hurled a boulder on an archer, toppling him, crushing his collar bone. After this the greeks were still being forced to their ships. -

Hera helps
Hera couldn't stand watching the greeks get defeated any longer, so she went to Mount Ida quickly. She was taking a huge risk doing this, she could be struck by a lightning bolt. Athena told her, "please take heart mother, night is coming and the fight will stop soon." Hera sobbing, she allowed herself to be led back into her chamber.
