The Copernican Revolution
Thomas Kuhn used to teach at Harvard; with a focus on Aristotle's work. After teaching many classes he decided that he wanted to focus on the history of science. He then published his first book; called the "Copernician Revolution". In this book he examines the development of the heliocentric theory of the solar system.

Paradigm Shift 1962
Thomas Kuhn believed that in Science; we have what a called a paradigm shift. This theory presents that science does not evolve gradually towards the truth. Science will always go through a paradigm shift as when people cannot explain a certain phenomenon. Later on in time someone will eventually propose a new theory for something.

1977 The Essential Tension
In the Encyclopedia Britannica it states that " Kuhn's book revolutionized the history and philosophy of science". His concept of paradigm shifts really made it to other disciplines of science. Kuhn then later created a collection of essays.
