The Rough Riders
Theodore Roosevelt dropped out of the Navy to creat the Rough Riders during the Spanish American war. They were a volunteer group of soldiers and Teddy had the only horse and commanded the group of men. Famouse for the battles of Kettle Hill and San Juan Hill. Russo Japanese agreement
Duirng the early 1900's the Japanes and Russians were in the middle of war, both sides were hurting bad so Theodore Roosevelt decided to call for a meeting in Main and he resolved the conflict and got both sides to sign a treaty. Teddy later got the Nobel Peace Prize for the agreement. (Kennedy) -
