    The Battle of Fort Detroit
    General Issac Brock led 300 men and he requested that General William Hull Surrendered. He refused and Brock answered with cannon fire on the fort. 530 first nations joined Issac Brock.
  • Battle of Queenston Heights

    Battle of Queenston Heights
    the Americans were led by General Van Rensselar trying to get a foothold on the Canadians side of the Niagara River with 900 regulars and 2 650 militia. Issac Brock led the British Canadians. When the fighting started tho Brock was hit with a musket ball and died but even though Brock died in the battle the British Canadians still won.
  • Battle of Lacolle Mills

    Battle of Lacolle Mills
    600 hundred U.S. regulars under the command of Colonel Zebulon Pike cross the border into Lower Canada and they move to capture Lacolle Mills but the Canadians had pulled out a day earlier. a group of American militia who took a different route got there and started firing on Coloneal Pike not knowing they were on the same side. In all the confusion Major de Salaberry commanding the forward Canadian forces arrived at Lacolle Mills and Start Firing at the Americans and send them retreating.

    Battle of Frenchman's Creek
    This was a battle for the Americans to get ground for a larger American Invasion. Captain William King and Lieutenant Samuel Angus led the attack for the Americans. They led the 150 troops and 70 sailors. Major Ormsby Led the British defence of 300 men. The British lose with 15 killed, 46 wounded and 30 captured by the Americans. this atack opened up a chance for the Americans to attack fort Erie and Chippawa without facing artillery fire.

    An American attack of 1700 regulars and 14 armed vessels led by General Pike. The British defence of 300 regulars, 300 militia and 100 natives led by Roger Hale Sheaffe, James Givins, and John Robinson. the Americans win the battle and take York.
  • Siege of Fort Meigs

    Siege of Fort Meigs
    A battle for the Fort owned by the amaricans and newly built. The British decided to attack it to stop them from launching a siege for fort Detroit to re-capture it. The fort had 1200 regulars and 1600 militia to defend it and they were led by William Henry Harrison. The British were attacking with 462 Canadian militia, 433 regulars, and 1250 natives led by Henry Procter and Tecumseh. Henry Procter orders a retreat and they lose there chance of capturing the fort

    Battle of Stoney Creek
    700 British Units launch a night attack on an american encampment with 3400 troops but only 1328 fought in the battle. the British were led by John Vincent and John Harvey.The Americans were led by Chandler. The battle was short but had heavy casualties for both sides. the British did win the battle though.
  • Battle of Beaver Dams

    Battle of Beaver Dams
    The amaricans were trying to surprise the British and take them out but a person saw them and warned the British and the amaricans were ambushed by natives and then they got captured by a small British detachment led by James FitzGibbon. The British had 50 regulars and 400 natives and the amaricans had 600+ regulars and they were led by Charles G. Boerstler, who was also wounded and captured.

    Battle of Moravian
    The this battle is a decisive victory for the amaricans and it resulted in the great Tecumseh dying and his confederacy falling apart. The battle was in western Ontario. The British and natives had 500 - 1000 natives and 600 - 800 British regulars and they were led by Henry Procter and Tecumseh. The amaricans had 3670+ troops and they were led by William Henry Harrison.the British lose and the this is the last time the natives participate in Europeans wars.

    Charles de Salaberry repelled an amarican invasion of 2600 troops in lower Canada with 1530 troops. The amaricans were heading to attack Montreal but because of Charles there efforts were destroyed and the amaricans lost this battle.

    900 British regulars and militia led by Joseph W. Morrison and William Mulcaster defended angainst a much greater amarican force of 8000 regulars but only 2500 to 4000 engaged. The Americans were led by James Wilkinson, John Parker Boyd and Leonard Covington. A very great win for the British and Canadians as they won against a force significantly bigger then there’s.

    The bloodiest battle of the war. both sides lost a great deal in this foggy battle. The British had 3500 troops and 8 guns led by Gorden, Drummond, Phineas, and Riall. The Americans had 2500 men and 9 guns led by Jacob Brown, Winfield Scott, and Elizier Ripley. The battle was so intense and bloody that the in all the fog and confusion both sides had a lot of friendly fire happen. The British held the position from the Americans but because of the casualties they faced it was not a win.

    The British Captured the capital of the states, Washington D.C., The British army led by Major General Robert Ross captured Washington D.C. and Burned down The white house, which was known as the presidential mansion back then, and continued to burn down other buildings in the town.

    A peace treaty that ended the war of 1812. The Treaty was signed by both the Americans and The United Kingdom. Borders were restored to what they were before the war and relations between the two were restored as well.
