Prussia angers Napoleon III. This leads to France declaring war on Prussia. Prussia wins. -
Creation of the German Empire
The southern German states and northern German states unify to form the German Empire. This was led by William I of Prussia. This was also the birth second Reich (empire). Also, a constitution was made along with a bipartisan legislature.
