Actually regents operated the country. He was a frail child. He strongly was interested in divinity. In 8 years he knew Latin, in 13 - French and Greek, translated books and studied the Scripture, and was fond of reformation problems. His regent managed to suppress a country revolt and to make the peace with Scotland and France. Reform of church books and ceremonies has been undertaken and "The book of prayers" is published.The successor – Jane Grey.
