The March on San Antonio is an event where the Texans wanted to capture San Antonio. Because of this, The Texans had to choose a spot to camp. They choose a spot near the curving end of the San Antonio River. They choose this spot for food and water during the night. The Texans then won the war by shooting down the men in the Mexican army before they got the chance to shoot their cannons. This was important because the Texans had won a war against the Mexicans and lost less than 100 men. -
