In the fall of 1781 a combined America force of Coloinal and French troops laid the Seige to the British Army at Yorktown, Virgina. Led by George Washington and French General Conte de Rochbeaw they began their final attack on October 19th capturing two British General Lord Corwalls. -
Battle of Vicksburg
The Battle of Vicksburg started in July in the year 1862. It was ran by General Grant and they were against General Pembrook. General Grant was part of the Union and General Pembrook was part of the Confederate. The Union and General Grant won the battle.
