Was owned by Mr. Kiefaber, grandson of Mr. Durkee. He almost lost the theater in 2007, but managed to hang on to it. Baltimore city bought it and allowed Mr. Kiefaber to keep running films until it was bought from them. -
Bought from Baltimore City.
Mr. Cusack and his daughter Kathleen Cusack Lyon bought from the city at $500,000; $300,000 less than the city paid for it. -
