In an addition, The argument started off with the boys stepping on a Scotts boro hand. Two woman that were ilegally there clamed that the six young men raped them. The scottsboro boys were charged with rape and assault.

    Also the case against Roy Wright, 13 years old, ends in a jury when 11 jurors seek a death sentence, and one votes for life imprisonment.
