    A small group of nobel and army officers attempted to over throw Nicholas the first. The revolters wanted to set up a constitutional monarchy. Although the czar killed five of the officers and exiled many others to Siberia.

    Serfs were like slaves to the nobles in Russia. But when Alexander emancipated the serfs terrorists broke loose and assasinated him.

    This happened when Nicholas the second was czar. Workers were peacefully protesting for better work conditions and political freedoms. But then Nicholas sent in the army to breakup the protest and kill some of the protesters

    Alexander had little power. Although he did have Lenin aressted because he feared he would over take him.
