Brooks beat with a cane N.Sentator Sumner because he was talking poorly of his cousin S.Senator, Butler. -
John Brown Raid
John Brown lead a raid in Harper's Ferry, VA. There were seventeen men, and they hoped to deafeat them but where defeated themselves. Later they were caught and hanged for treason.
